If you havn't read the first part, I would recommend to. Anyway, our class has done a activity that involves us finding oil. Although it's totally against what I stated in Part I, it was pretty fun. There is an aluminum pan filled with kitty litter rocks (or you could use small pebbles) and three cups filled with maple syrup. You place a piece of aluminum foil (am I killing the earth or what?) over the pan so you can't see the cups or the pebbles. Then, you get a partner, give him/her a stick and have him/her find the places where the oil was hidden. Every time the stick goes down, it costs $225,000 plus another $100,000 for every cm you go under. The only money you have totals up to $2.5 million and you can't spend any more. Try it sometime! It's fun!
